working twice this weekend!

on friday, july 15th i’ll play at the break the surface label night at elipamanoke, celebrating the new release by metasound+lucius14. preliminary running order:

on saturday, july 16th markus and me will host the eleventh edition of “don’t resist the beat” at staubsauger. as we found out last time, their basement is like meant for the (dub) techno vibes we’ll present that night. i guess i’ll join in around midnight and then we’ll rotate in no particular order.

three months passed since the rousing 3rd year celebration. on friday, june 17th, the line up is kept rather short before it all gets HUUUUUUUUGE again in july.

lil’ eli gets crowded. doors are open from 10pm til the last tune drops. all the crew’s favorite flavors from house to minimal to techno to slomo to whateverstep. break the surface!

on march 5th, boundless beatz explores dub and dub-based styles. in order of appearance:

• krom d (from dub to dubstep)
• audite (dubstep)
• conscious:mind (from dubstep to techno)
• markus masuhr (dub techno)

rather spontaneously i agreed to join in. lowcut and sunliq are said to leave early so i’m going to support sh1 at the finale.

i am invited to contribute a guest mix at the upcoming querbass radio show on friday, february 4th! from 10pm until midnight, adjust your receiver to 95.9fm or tune in via stream.

on january 15th alphacut records presents its 22nd release at a venue well known but not yet explored: the o’tron, arno-nitzsche-straße 41e.

the 12″ (acr22) will contain tracks by abstract elements and hexer.

a novelty to leipzig’s clubscape will be the performance of the former: the two guys from saint petersburg (ru) will be part of the visual performance – will be seen on the screen – will be there while they are not. the latter, operating under a good load of aliases and groups, will present his retrospective work as well as unsigned/unreleased tunes. these two performances will be surrounded by lowcut and myself.
